We will gladly accept returns for any iWater product upon receiving a returned item within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. Items eligible for returns must be new, unused, and contain all original and undamaged product packaging and accessories. We will issue a full refund to your credit card* for the price of any item if your return is received within 30 days of the PURCHASE date, and the product is received in its original condition. Since the iWater box is not taped, there should be no damage to the clear box and the system should be returned UNUSED.

To ensure a timely refund to your credit card account, please return the item immediately upon deciding that you do not want the product. We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return. Please follow the simple instructions below:
